Job Responsibility oTo assist the Nurse Manager / Assistant Nurse Manager in the smooth running of the dialysis
unit.
oImplementation, management and maintenance of ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management
System
oDirects and supervises nursing activities related to patients' care.
oMaintain the optimum level of patients' care with allocated staff and resources.
oCannulating, initiating and discontinuing dialysis.
oAssist in counseling and education of patients in drugs, fluid, diet management and blood
test results.
oMaintains an effective communication and professional relationship with physicians,
patients, families and other departmental staffs
oAssists in developing and implement unit policies and procedures and standards of nursing
care
oEnsure patient old records are filed according to ISO requirements and kept in respective
place
oMaintains inventory of supplies and equipment requisitioning repairs as needed.
oPreparation of Heparin injection.
oSetting up and priming of dialysers and lines
Candidate must possess at least Professional Certificate, Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Nursing or equivalent.
No work experience required.
Preferably Entry Level specialized in Healthcare - Nurse/Medical Support & Assistant or equivalent.
