Job ResponsibilityAs an Analyst, you'll lay the groundwork and contribute to day-today reporting needs for client marketing efforts. You'll work on brand campaigns, acquisition campaigns, site optimization, and/or online testing strategy.
Day-to-day, your role includes:
1. Keeping a pulse on day-to-day performance data, including display media, search, web, and/or social campaigns.
2. Identifying nuances in data to optimize our clients' business.
3. Supporting marketing initiatives across project and campaign lifecycles, including measurement plans, primary and secondary research, and performance reporting.
4. Expanding industry knowledge and relevant skillsets through internal training.
5. Participating in multiple projects with variable tasks, be it reporting, analysis or data cleansing.
6. Lead a team of 3-4 including providing coaching, career planning and ensuring quality of deliverables is at its optimum.
