Job ResponsibilityJob Description:
Responsible for capacity planning and ramp readiness for LRCC, VRFC and LTCR.
Ensure planning premises (data accuracy) in system and actual match.
Coordinate ramp readiness with module & ensure new technology transfer succesful.
Lead & responsible WT and PAK planning topic as well as communicate with central team.
Ensure smooth coordination with FM, Purchasing, Finance, Technology and Quality team in order to prepare further ramp.
Work closely with module IE and drive activities to optimize production efficiency.
Responsible for invest cost planning and spending according to plan figure.
Check and drive the performance gap of workcentre with production team.
Ensure layout for new tool been checked with layout planner.
Responsible for charging cost WOPW planning and spending according to plan figure.
Candidate's Profile:
University degree in Supply chain management, Engineering, IT, Science, Business studies.
More than 5 years working experience in FE wafer fab/ semiconductor operations preferred.
Project management and coordinator experience preferred.
Proficient in MS Office (Power point, Excel)
Work well in team collaboration environment.
