Job ResponsibilityResponsibilities:-
o Propose, update and maintain planograms for all categories to ensure sales, profit and inventory level are being maximised.
o To determine positioning and space allocation according to sales and profit generation.
o To merchandise new store and refurbished stores within the time frame.
o Liaise and coordinate in transferring and ordering stocks for new and refurbish stores.
o Visit stores to ensure shelves are updated according to planograms.
o Communicate and update the changes of planograms when applicable.
o Provide training on planograms, space management and category management to staff at store.
o Assist in generating necessary reports for sales review by category / store and provide recommendations.
o Conduct market research on market sales trend with external parties / market research companies.
Requirements:-
o Diploma or Degree holder in any field.
o Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply or candidate who has at least 1 to 2 years of experience.
o Possess own transport and willing to travel.
o Knowledgeable in using Spaceman software.
