Job Responsibility BAT DIGITAL BUSINESS SERVICE IS LOOKING FOR A SOURCING ADMINISTRATOR SENIORITY LEVEL: Non-Management FUNCTION: Finance Procurement SALARY RANGE: Basic + Language Allowance + Excellent Job Requirements
ROLE POSITIONING AND OBJECTIVES This role is responsible for supporting and leading negotiations in scope of tactical sourcing (indirect goods and services), ensuring the supply for the area assigned, offering the best alternative for the company in terms of cost, features and services. Reporting Level: Individual Contributor Geographic Scope: APME
WHAT YOU WILL BE ACCOUNTABLE FOR - Support the negotiation processes of goods and/or services required by tactical stakeholders ensuring compliance to landscape and purchasing policy. - Source for the best suppliers available in the market ensuring that the terms of the deal are favorable for the company on criteria. - Ensure timely delivery and quality of the information required by the Local and Regional. - Coordinate and evaluate the performance of suppliers to ensure that the needs of the organization in terms of goods and services are met. - Ensure visibility (through the Purchasing system) on the price list negotiated with suppliers, contracts and SLAs. - Update the procurement system with price agreements, suppliers, payment terms and delivery times. - Track and supervise purchase orders to provide the necessary information to stakeholders. - Daily reviews of the demand requested by the end users and update the system upon receipt of requirements.
ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE, SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE - At least a bachelor's degree in related fields. - Proficient Korean or Bengali speaker; preferably certified with writing and reading. - Relevant working experience in Procurement related roles and hands-on experience in COUPA (or any ERP platform) will be an added advantage. - Good command in Excel.
