REQUIREMENTS & RESPONSIBILITIES
o Expertise is on all different Wintel Technologies and OS-related applications including de Microsoft Hyper-V, File Server, Clustering, load balancing, DNS, DHCP, ISCSI, and Windows Server Update Services (WSUS)
o Installation and configuration of Active Directory domain controllers.
o Perform AD server configuration as per customer standards.
o Manage the system properties, group policies, and services on the active directory domain structure.
o Of Knowledge in PowerShell scripting
o In Expertise in all different Linux OS (Redhat, Centos)
o Implementation and administration of Samba Active Directory
o Good Understanding of IP-based platforms and addressing including DHCP, DNS, and WINS services
o Performing daily health checks for Microsoft and Various types of virtualization products (Hyper-V and Linux)
o Responsible for decommissioning the server from the production environment by involving different application teams
o To provide problem diagnosis and resolution related to Microsoft & Virtualization issue
o To lead the technical support recovery activities following failure, including disaster recovery
o To provide advice & guidance to other groups on technical and operational issues
o To provide incident & services fulfilment and support Microsoft & Virtualization products related issue
o To conduct change management tasks related to supporting Microsoft & Virtualization
o To conduct patch management activity on Microsoft Wintel services (Physical Server or VMs)
REQUIRED SKILLS
o Design and build IT infrastructure.
o Documentation and presentation skills.
o Knowledge of preparing Technical Design diagrams and flowcharts.
o Experience in troubleshooting complex IT Infrastructure issues related to applications, Operating Systems, and Storage.
o Experience with configuration management and automation.
o Knowledge of open-source tools.
o Experience building GIT repository and release branch management support.
o Experience building Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment.
o Experience in configuration management and automation tools Ansible.
