Job ResponsibilityKey Duties and Responsibilities
This role will maintain a high level of rail product consulting capability to customers and prospects, based on strong specialist product, industry, and business knowledge.
? Analyze customers' business requirements and objectives to develop business processes to meet their needs.
? Undertaking professional consulting activities through process reviews, reconciling product functionality to existing business processes, identifying, and addressing gaps and assisting planning and participating in projects to ensure the successful implementation or upgrade of the product at client sites.
? Get involved in support and maintenance activities when and if required, particularly on modules you have delivered to the customer.
? Participate in the test planning, development of test plan, test scripts and coordination with other VBU consultants /developers on problem resolutions.
? Install standard upgrades/updates/patches/releases as necessary, investigate, research replicate test, resolve client issues in a timely manner.
? Working with pre-sales for solution design review, scope of work and estimates, to facilitate, capture and document detailed customer requirements and develop appropriate solutions to meet customers' business needs.
? Collaborate with the Project Manager, solution consultant and engineering leads on pre-sales and project delivery activities.
? Contributor and reviewer responsibility for project schedules, services delivery estimates, identification of risks and mitigation strategies, and other collateral developed by the project team.
? Participation in the delivery of comprehensive training to clients that results in high customer satisfaction, high feature take-up and correct product use, and which minimizes subsequent support demands. Trapeze Group ASEAN
? Monitor that both support and professional services are delivered to scope, while monitoring additional value adds that could be delivered through added scope and change requests
? Other responsibilities as requested by your manager to support the business. Education and Experience
? Relevant tertiary qualifications in Business, Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or any other related fields.
? At least 5 years of experience in Solution consulting with enterprise resource planning type software products.
? Experience working within the rail industry is desirable but not essential.
? A proven track record of project and support service delivery
? Experience in communicating continuous value of solutions with end customers, building, and maintaining strong client relationships.
? Strong technical knowledge across the industry and awareness and understanding of industry future directions.
? Excellent communication skills, ability to manage priorities, can do attitude, looking to succeed in a diverse and high performing international organization.
? Experience in effectively working with cross functional teams in a team-oriented environment.
? Experience successfully collaborating with cross functional subject matter experts and corporate personnel for developing and writing technical and management content for written responses.
