Job Responsibility

• Provide guidance to clients' inquiries.
• Troubleshoot on hardware and software issues
• Perform actions to resolve hardware and software issues and implement corrective measures.
• Record QA test data and observations.
• Organize and summarize test results and prepare related reports including statistical studies to assess cable conformance to requirements.
• Develop testing methods and interpretation of test results.
• Execute monthly safety audits and log trouble reports as necessary.
• Maintain working knowledge of all instruments used for routine and non-routine sample testing and troubleshooting.

Job Requirements

• Able to be on standby after working hour
• Strong analysis skills, attention to detail, teamworking skill, written and verbal communication skill, flexibility
