Job ResponsibilityProduct training will be provided for new team members.
Work together with team members to service our resellers network via phone, email and remote access.
Provide training and equipping our resellers network with product knowledge.
Solve problems and provide solutions together as a team when our resellers require help.
Compile feedbacks from customers and communicate with programming department.
Build materials and online resources for resellers to refer to.
Job advancement and promotion available for performing members.
Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Master's Degree, Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication), Finance/Accountancy/Banking, Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent.
Required skill(s): Bookkeeping, Good communication skills, Ability to work in a Team.
Required language(s): Mandarin, English
