- As part of the Customer Service Team, the Customer Service Executive is expected to deliver prompt and accurate assistance to customers reaching out for support by leveraging interpersonal skills, automation technology and current knowledge of internal teams and processes. Understanding 8VI's digital strategy and how we plan to scale is key to providing customer solutions based on their needs.
- The Customer Service Team will also need to work closely with other internal teams to stay current on product features and events to address customer expectations, queries, requests, and issues. They will constantly monitor the needs and feedback of customers to determine patterns for better service automation and efficiency without compromising customer satisfaction.
- The Customer Service Executive needs to function comfortably in a fast-paced, technology-based environment and effectively nurture relationships by providing a consistent managed experience.
Job RequirementsKey Qualifications/Requirements:
- Diploma or equivalent
- At least 1 year of experience in Customer Service. Candidates with no prior experience are welcome to apply.
- Prior experience in customer support with good customer service skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- High technical aptitude with willingness to learn new applications and take up challenges
- Ability to sustain high accuracy and work performance
- Strong comprehension and pattern identification skills
- A solid team player
- Familiar with MS Office and Salesforce is a plus
- Basic technology knowledge and experience is a plus
