Job Responsibility
Job Description
o Plan, schedule, publish, monitor, and optimise social posts and digital marketing
campaigns across global platforms including Facebook, YouTube, Instagram,
LinkedIn, TikTok, Discord etc
o Excellent skills in copywriting, communication, analysis and multi-tasking
o Ability to deliver creative social media content (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter,
LinkedIn, TikTok, Discord etc.)
o In-depth knowledge of all social media channels and online marketing tools
o Develop strategies and execute engaging, creative, and innovative content for all
channels within the company's social media ecosystem.
o Identify, recruit and engage with Key Opinion Leaders (KOL) or Influencers to
meet business goals, responsible for end-to-end workflow including reporting and
analytics.
o Analyze user behaviour, content and channel preferences from various content
marketing channels and help to formulate the plans into content marketing.
o Provide daily, weekly monthly, metrics analysis and metrics are driven strategies
for social media and Influencer initiatives.
o Social media channel management including: Instagram, Facebook, TikTok,
YouTube and uprising channels.
o Social media daily management including content planning, daily calendar, visual
briefing, comment replying, fans management and etc.
o Create and manage social campaigns for new product or brand campaigns.
o Continuously identify and implement improvement opportunities for social media
strategy and execution process by remaining up-to-date with the latest trends in
content, communities, social media etc.
o Conduct social listening by monitoring hashtags and branded keywords,
detecting brand safety and identifying real-time marketing opportunities based on
current trends.
o Content creation and/or curation (taking photos, writing copy, designing or
modifying graphics, editing videos, finding User-Generated Content (UGC)
content, and contributing to editorial content).
o Community management (replying to comments and messages on social and
flagging issues to other teams where required).
o Reporting on a weekly/monthly basis with ad-hoc reporting for major marketing
campaigns/events when required.

Job Requirement
o Possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Marketing/Business/Media/Mass
Communication or the equivalent
o Minimum 5 years of working experience in social media, content creation, digital
marketing and/or creative content writing.
o Solid experience carrying out campaigns across a range of social media
platforms, particularly in relation to advertising/branding and audience outreach
o Knowledge and understanding of algorithms and search engine optimisation
o Experience in compiling data across social media platforms for weekly/monthly
reports, including analysis for insights, optimisation, and future strategy
development
o Strong copywriting and editing skills with a keen eye for design
o Ability to handle pressure and work within tight timelines
o Strong project management, multitasking, and decision-making skills
o In-depth knowledge of memes, slang and trends - no cap
o Experience with photography, image/video editing software for social media.
