Job Responsibility- Handling full set of accounts.
- Maintain and monitoring all account payable, account receivables, bank, inventory and fixed assets timely, accurately and ensuring completeness of records.
- Maintain and update all journal entries and perform month end closing.
- Monitor staff claims process to ensure accurate claims records.
- Performing monthly stock, bank and balance sheet reconciliation.
- Able to meet deadlines for monthly settlement of accounts.
- Responsible for vendor invoice data entry.
- Monitor and ensure stock accuracy.
- Coordinate year end financial audit.
- To prepare necessary supporting schedule to auditors.
- Liaison with external auditors.
- Responsible for maintaining withholding taxes records and payments.
- Ensuring compliance with all statutory tax requirements, especially sales and service tax and any import duties (if any)
- Liaise with company tax consultant or advisor on tax planning, tax estimation and tax return.
- To prepare monthly management reports.
- To prepare monthly Project P&L account.
- To prepare monthly budget & actual analysis and financial information for decision making.
- To prepare monthly cash flow projection.
- To prepare monthly inventory costing.
