Job Description


Job Responsibility

  • Responsible to handle customer inquiry thru social media (FB/IG/WhatsApp)
  • Welcomes visitors by greeting them,in person or on the telephone,answering or referring inquiries.
  • Answering incoming calls,taking messages and redirecting call as required.
  • Handling inquiry at social media platform such as FB/IG/WhatsApp.
  • Replying customer online via social media platform
  • Assist with online and offline marketing campaign when needed
  • Data entry
  • Work closely with marketing team and give support from time to time
  • Carry out duty as a front liner by helping customers efficiently and in a friendly manner.
  • Require a good knowledge of the products details & price.
  • Regular follow up with customer to lead sales.
  • Updating customer orders and data for delivery process.
  • Work closely with marketing team to ensure every promotion / campaign will generate a good sale.


Job Requirements

  • Diploma / Degree in Business Management / Marketing / Administration or equivalent
  • At least 1 - 2 years of working experience in Social Media Marketing
