• Handle customer's inquiries and provide assistance
• Monitoring deadline and follow-up date
• Manage social media to generate interest and monitor activity
• Creating and plan Social Media content

Job Requirements

• Can speak and write Bahasa Malaysia and English
• Multasking, Independent & Creative
• Good in Microsoft Office
• Good in communication skills
• Age between 20 to 30 years old
• Good with Social Media: Instagram, Facebook, Tik Tok, Twitter, YouTube and etc
• Good copy writing skills
• Minor graphic design (Social media post & layouts)
