Job Responsibility

• Develop and maintain client relationship.
• Coordinate with sales teams to develop mutually beneficial proposals.
• Prepare presentation deck and present to potential clients and internal executives.
• Conduct ongoing market research and SWOT analysis to craft business strategies.
• Develop business strategy focused on financial gain.
• Identify and convert qualified prospects to sales pipeline.
• Negotiate with landlord or building management company to secure suitable location for vending machine.
• Open vendor account and negotiate with supplier or client for the best pricing and payment terms.
• Liaising with suppliers and contractors.
• Perform tasks assigned by COO.

Job Requirements

• Friendly, courteous and must be guest service oriented.
• Creative, multi-tasking, self-motivated, independent, ability to follow instructions.
• Good command in spoken and writing in English and Bahasa Malaya. (MUST SPEAK ENGLISH FLUENTLY).
• Solid communication skills.
• Working experience of minimum 5 years is required.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Development or any equivalent degrees.
• Advanced decision-making and problem-solving skills.
