Job Responsibility1. Coordinate installation, maintenance and repair work in building or large complex.
2. Coordinate the workers who maintain and repair electrical, plumbing ventilation and other building systems.
3. Implementing maintenance procedures and maintaining personnel records.
4. Manage sub-contractors by monitoring and controlling performance.
5. Maintain safe, secure and healthy work environtment by following and enforcing standards and procedures, complying with legal regulations.
6. Enhances organization reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different request; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.
7. Follow maintenance schedule and request appointed sub-con to do a maintenance work.
8. On site verification work, prepare and submit report to HQ.
