Job Responsibility1. Assist other technical personnel in the performance of their duties when requested.
1. Knowledge of bonding and grounding requirements of telecommunications plant.
2. Extensive knowledge of fibre optic cable placement and copper work projects.
3. Must be able to lead a team of splicer and cable puller managing various tasks, responsibilities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
4. Coordinates with the Operation Manager and Project Engineer to invoice jobs in a timely manner as established in company policy and area goals for each job.
5. Each supervisor will ensure that all company safety policies, OSHA, DOT and any special requirements of a project are in compliance with each crew assignment.
6. Report all accidents investigations, including job damage, employee injury and vehicle accident to Operation Manager.
7. Attends all safety meetings with the Operation Manager and crew assigned.
8. Attends all in-house training and out-source training as adopted in the company policy.
9. Responsible along for all property owner complaints and personally investigates all complaints.
10. Assure 100% adherence to all company safety policies.
11. Communicate all equipment needs to the Operation Manager. This Includes repair, maintenance and rental needs.
12. Other duties assigned by direct manager or senior management level.
13. Supervise team member during installation works, attend site visit. Prepare BOQ. Prepare final site report and claiming documentation.
14. Lias with client, subcontractor, supplier and other related party.
15. Ensure the project progress is within the timeline expected
16. Coordinate team member during installation works
17. Ensure safety requirement at work place.
