Job Responsibility

• To manage, supervise and oversee sub con works in accordance to design and drawing specifications.
• Prepare, implement and monitor project schedules and reporting on overall quality of site works and project progress.
• Prepare monthly progress report.
• Plan and coordinate all work on site.
• To ensure smooth implementation of project within time frame and budget.
• Attend site meetings and liaise with clients and consultants.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
• Coordinate with various contractors,
• Liaise with inhouse designers or external consultants.

Job Requirements

• Minimum 1 year experience retail , comercial and residencial
