Job Description
Job Responsibility
To monitor work progress, record, report and ensure work quality
To coordinate work detail in between Architectural, M&E and Structural
To ensure the works being carried out are as per the latest drawing and ensure the dimension are correctly set by the surveyors
Responsible for the planning, execution of construction activities including budgeting control, scheduling, quality control and progress of the project.
Coordinate with consultants and sub-contractors to resolve all technical and operation issues.
Assist to liaise with local authorities on submission and approval as and when required.
Any other duties that may be assigned from time to time.
Job Requirements
Our Head Quarters are in Puchong, but our site mainly in Kuala Lumpur, Putrajaya and various area, so having own transportation is a must
Candidate must possess at least Diploma or Certificate in related field of study
At least 1 Year(s) of working experience in the related field
Able to start immediately will be an added advantage.
