Job Responsibility1. To ensure all equipment and necessary spare parts for site service is available.
2. To inform immediate superior pertaining abnormalities found during site service job.
3. To stand-by-for-on-call site service tasks based on urgency.
4. To proceed with repairing activity for customer complaints/claims as per procedures.
5. To do complete report for repairing activity done at site.
6. Communicate with site person in-charge for complaint as per in Sistem Maklum Balas (SMB) list.
7. Create quality awareness and promotes positive work culture/attitude.
8. Ensure all Site Service records updated, documented and keep in file accordingly.
9. Ensure Site Service KPI carried out and meets target.
10. Carry out 5s activities and followed at all times.
11. Other job tasks being assigned from time to time by immediate superior.
