Job Responsibility1. Responsible for implementing safety policies and regulations on construction sites and enforcing strict compliance.
2. Inspect and rectify any unsafe conditions at the site.
3. Conducting assessment and approval of contractor safety plan.
4. Monitor and maintain workers' Protective Equipment (PPE).
5. Checking of sub-contractor's work to ensure compliance with the Act and the Regulations made thereunder are complied with.
6. Liaise with client's safety supervisors appointed under Regulation 26 with the safety of work undertaken by sub-contractor.
7. To handle and monitor general workers' problems and report to HOD.
8. Monitoring all safety-related documents, reports, notices, and issues to keep them updated.
9. Liaise with JKKP/DOSH and authorized departments (eg. Bomba, Jabatan Kesihatan, CIDB, etc.) to maintain company progressive safety standards and requirements.
10. Any other duties that the management may assign from time to time.
11. Must have valid registration as a Site Safety Supervisor (with Yellow Book).
