Job ResponsibilityCriteria's:
o candidate must posses a Degree in Quantity Surveying
o candidate must posses at least 5 years working experience
o registered member with both Board of Quantity Surveying Malaysia (BQSM) and the Royal Institution of Surveyors Malaysia (RISM)
o obtained at least PVQS from BQSM
o experienced in both Building and Infrastructural works
o experienced in both Form of Contract, Public Work Department (PWD) and Pertubuhan Arkitek Malaysia (PAM)
o knowledgeable in BIM, AutoCAD, Acrobat PDF and Microsoft Project
o able to work independently in handling quantity surveying works and tendering works
o experienced in project management
