Job ResponsibilityDuties and Responsibilities:-
To oversee overall project activities throughout project planning,execution and completion.
To liaise with main contractors ,clients,clients representative,subcontractors and supplier to ensure execution and quality plan and execution of the contract requirements.
To plan & execute manpower,materials,equipment and other resources required for project.
To monitor and acknowledge claims and invoices.
To plan & monitor supervision on the works performed by in-house staff or subcontractors at sites.
To reports and develop remedial measures if necessary.
To attend all related meeting as required.
To undertake any and all other duties and responsibilities as so instructed by the superior.
Requirements:
Based at Klang Valley project site
Minimum 5 years of working experience in the related field will be an advantage.
Preferably candidates experience in Retail Renovation.
Certificate/Diploma/Degree in building/Civil/Construction/Architectural
Good interpersonal skills and ability to lead and motivate site personal
Good leadership quality and planning skills with sound knowledge of construction method,project management,cost control,contracts and quality management.
Computer literate and familiar with MS Office Application Software and MS Project.
