Job Responsibilityo Provide pre-construction, installation, and post-installation support to internal and external stakeholders
o Manage projects (from costing, project execution to completion) on behalf of the Company on a day-to-day basis, ensuring that projects are undertaken in a safe, cost-effective manner and in full compliance with company procedures.
o Demonstrate a commitment to best-practice service delivery.
o Deliver high-level customer satisfaction
o Responsible for operational level and understanding of client's requirements, conduct site visits, site feasibility, solar system design and execution of project
o Conduct engineering site audits to collect structural, electrical, and related site information for use in the design of rooftop and ground mount solar PV systems
o Involve in project commercial offerings - produce and submit proposals and tenders in a timely manner.
o Plan and manage the implementation of contract work in a safe manner, in accordance with company-wide and project-specific health, safety and environmental documentation.
o Work proactively to improve productivity without compromising safety or quality requirements
o Acting as a single point of contact for customer(s) managing specific contracts and KPI's
o Complete projects on schedule and within budget
o Create, execute project plans revise and maintain to achieve agreed deadlines
o Manage and report day-to-day operational aspects of the projects
o Progress follow-up, milestone, payments, claims management
o Create checklists for review or inspection of completed solar installation projects
o Ensure all project related documents are maintained and kept current
o Work closely with all stakeholders maintaining a high level of communication
o Manage revenue; meet financial objectives, assist with budgets and forecasting
o Monitor and identify risk proactively and determine suitable mitigation strategies
Requirements
o Degree in Engineering
o Minimum 2 years of working experience in renewable energy sector
o Knowledge of local licensing and standard design/construction practices
o Knowledge in PVSYST and AutoCAD
o Project management skills
o Be able to station on site to manage the workers and sub-contractors, coordinate with the main contractor and consultants
o Ability to work independently in an unstructured environment
o Ability to adapt well to fast-paced environment with changing circumstances, direction and strategy.
o Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly and effectively.
