Job Responsibility- Perform order processing and arrangement of delivery.
- Response to customer enquiries, phone calls and emails.
- Maintain and ensure proper filing for all relevant documentations.
- Perform cashiering duties and handle payment transactions.
- Perform monthly stock checking duties.
- Assist with preparation for sales and marketing events.
- Assist with maintaining website and social medias posting.
- Prepare beverage in the CAFE in a timely manner.
