Job Responsibility1. Check and verify the customs form and Bill of Lading (B/L) send by shipping agent/forwarded before final customs form or B/L issued.
2. Follow up, prepare, verify, check and sort out documents to be sent to the bank and customers.
3. Arrange and coordinate for pallet fumigation and request for certificate based on per shipment basis.
4. Container movement co-ordination with store, security and forwarding agents.
