MANAGEMENT ROLE:
1. Effectively manage the restaurant and lead the crew in the absence of Assistant Restaurant Manager / Restaurant Manager.
2. Responsible for crew orientation, development, and discipline.
3. Ensure smooth and efficient outlet operation and customer service according to company's standard.
4. Quality control on products to ensure consistency and availability.
Stock control to minimize wastage and ensuring sufficient stock for each shift.
OPERATIONAL ROLE:
1. Responsible for opening / closing of outlet.
2. Responsible for of cash management (e.g., petty cash, keying in cash register)
3. Monitor stock balance and raise order to the Assistant Restaurant Manager.
4. Attend to customers feedback through Service Standards and update Directors.
5. Must be proficient in each area of the restaurant to assist when necessary.
6. Assist the Assistant Restaurant Manager in staff deployment during peak hours / in the event of manpower shortage.
7. Maintain high standard of hygiene, cleanliness, and organization throughout the restaurant.
8. Ensure all tools, equipment, machines, lightings & fixtures are functioning in good conditions. To report to Assistant Restaurant Manager/ Restaurant Manager should there be a need for repair and maintenance.
9.Enforce and monitor good grooming standards of all staff.
10. Send management and operational reports to Assistant Restaurant Manager / Restaurant Manager.
11. Maintaining a work environment that meets company, state and federal safety and employment guidelines
