Job Responsibility

• Provide after sales service to in-warranty and out-warranty complaints
• To plan, execute, and review all field complaints daily
• Proactively in resolving all service complaints professionally towards achieving service set targets
• Extend excellent customer service to both internal & external customers.
• Exercise great care and safeguard customers' property/assets when providing product complaint/warranty services.

Job Requirements

• Diploma in Engineering discipline
• Prefer candidates with relevant working experience (1-2 years)
• Preferably possess knowledge in air conditioning
• Communicate well in English and Bahasa Malaysia
• Fresh graduate are highly encourage to apply
