Job Description
Job Responsibility As a Service Manager, you will need to ensure a business' customers receive outstanding support and all their needs are met.
You will play an important role in *Investigates & monitoring customer's complaints on quality, delivery, service etc and recommends corrective measures. *Implements effective processes for customer service and technical representatives to interact with customers via telephone, email, live chat, or instant message etc. *Monitors and reviews processes for ways to make procedures more time and cost-effective. *Coordinates with sales department to incorporate plans to increase customer satisfaction. *Operating as the lead point of contact for all operation matters specific to assigned VVIP/VIP customers. *Perform customers health check by monitor performance of services subscribed by customer for SLA and contract compliance. *Proactively monitor the situation and manage customer during fault outages. *Ensure the timely and successful delivery of Service Order & Solutions according to customer needs and objectives. *Provide service performance review & SLA report submission to customers in a timely manner *Clearly communicate the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives for the Job Requirements
