Job ResponsibilityRole:
This position is responsible for providing onsite service and support to customers. Acts as mobile field service engineer on assigned open tickets to resolve customer affecting technical issues in a timely fashion in order to maintain maximum customer satisfaction. This relates to all technology, to include: vendor specific hardware and software. This position serves as a senior technical resource assisting both end users and less experienced support analysts in effectively identifying issues and using effective troubleshooting techniques to resolve end user technical issue
Responsibilities:
1. Perform service and troubleshoot company's product
2. Perform product upgrade (Hardware and Software)
3. Plan the servicing work advance
4. Work in team
5. Attend meeting with client prior product upgrade
6. Improvising the performance of servicing
7. Customer support service and liaise with client
8. Conduct training for client after installation
9. To know about all the latest product (hardware and software)
10. Prepare service report
11. To undertake any and all other duties and responsibilities as so instructed by the superior.

Represent company to liaise with client and evaluates and resolves problems of the client.
Education Qualification:
Bachelor of Engineering Electric and Electronic with Honours any equivalent courses

Skills and/or Experience:
Strong interpersonal, technical service, customer service, communication and administrative skills.
Excellent in report writing and presentation.
Must be fluent in oral and written (English & Bahasa Melayu).
Willing to travel any time.
Minimum 3 years working experience in any industry, preferably oil and gas or construction industry.
