Job Responsibility- Provide technical support to customers which includes demonstration, installation, troubleshooting, maintenance and repair.
- Provide training and after sales service support to customers on the operation and maintenance of the instruments and engineering equipment.
- Respond to customer requests and take corrective actions within target timeline.
- Liaise closely with customers, suppliers and teammates.
- Prepare quotations, costing and service reports.
