Job Responsibility

• Handle customer call enquiries efficiently.
• To provide solutions to all customer related problems quickly.
• To ensure customer satisfaction.
• To provide information about the playland and services to the customers.
• To provide information on party packages and promotions to customers.
• Handle complaint, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits and follow up to ensure resolution.
• Performing daily reporting and stocks count.
• To assist on all assigned duties and any other ad hoc duties.
• To ensure cleanliness of Kids Nation's premises.
• To ensure kids' safety in Kids Nation's premises.

Job Requirements

• Open for full time and part time position but more preferable for full timer
• Enjoy working in fun environment with children.
• Possess good telephone etiquette.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge in handling Microsoft Excel/Word.
• Ability to multi-task, priorities and manage time effectively
• Basic understanding of social media.
• Positive attitude & willing to learn.
• Willing to work on weekend.
• Applicants must be willing to work in 163 Retail Park, Mont Kiara.
