Job Description
Job Responsibility
To handle inbound calls regarding networking or broadband issues (incoming calls).
Familiarize with all functions of the product.
To conduct troubleshooting and escalate issue to relevant department.
Monitor and maintain the systems and networks of the provided services
Ensure necessary and appropriate follow up actions are taken.
To exceed customers expectation in terms of customer service & accurate information.
Work in a team to achieve the required KPI elements and SLA.
Job Requirements
Good command of English (Speak & Write) and Mandarin (Speaking Only ).
Able to work on rotational shift (between 7am to 2am), 9 hours per shift, 5 days per week
Possess IT knowledge, network or working experience in IT related field is preferred. However, open to SPM holder who is keen to explore Telcommunication Technical knowledge and experience.
Possess own transport.
Ability to start work on 16 November 2022 intake.
Job Benifits
RM 2,300 Basic + RM 800 Mandarin Allowance (Fixed) + KPI Allowance Max RM 500 + Night Shift Allowance Max RM 400 + OT Claim (subject to availability) (All-in salary RM 3,300 - RM 4,000/month)
