Job Description
Job Responsibility Requirements: 1. Experience in food and beverage preparation or customer service is preferred 2. Ability to stand for long hours at a time and work in a fast-paced environment 3. Ability to maintain composure during rush hours 4. Ability to present bills, take orders and deliver them to clients in a timely manner 5. Possess good knowledge and understanding of menus and be willing to direct clients on how to make their choices from the menu 6. Ability to deliver top quality customer service and assistance
Responsibilities: 1. Welcome customers as they come into the restaurant 2. Help customers to settle down and also take their orders 3. Process customers' orders and generate their bills 4. Provide answers to queries presented by clients regarding services and offers made available by the restaurant 5. Clean all tables after clients have left and get such tables prepared for the next set of clients 6. Serve and pack warm foods to clients in an effective manner and in strict accordance to the orders of such clients 7. Assist kitchen staff and outdoor delivery staff whenever such assistance is required
