Job Responsibility

• Deliver top quality and friendly customer service?
• Ensure cleanliness and hygiene are kept up to standards?
• Input orders into the POS and process payments accordingly?
• Handle overall operations and reports to submit?
• Attend to customer's concerns and complaints professionally to resolve issues according to the companies' policy?
• Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth and efficient operations?
• Prepare and serve a range of premium wine, beer & spirits and non-alcoholic beverages?
• Possess good knowledge and understanding of the menu and be able to make recommendations

Job Requirements

• Candidates without experience are encouraged to apply, training will be provided.
• Candidate must possess at least SPM or equivalent.
• Part Timer are welcome to apply, RM9 to RM 11 Per Hours
• Willing to learn and enjoy meeting people
• Be able to communicate with customers in English or Mandarin
• Punctual and discipline.
• Demonstrate positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Required to work on weekends and public holiday
