Job Responsibilityo Welcome customers as they come into the restaurant
o Help customers to settle down and also take their orders
o Process customers' orders and generate their bills
o Provide answers to queries presented by clients regarding services and offers made available by the restaurant
o Make menu recommendations and inform patrons of any specials.
o Clean all tables after clients have left and get such tables prepared for the next set of clients
o Serve and pack warm foods to clients in an effective manner and in strict accordance to the orders of such clients
o Ensuring the food order is made correctly by kitchen staff and looks presentable for guests
o Deliver meals and beverages to tables when they have been prepared.
o Communicate order details to the Kitchen Crew
o Following health code standards with regards to the handling of food
o Assist kitchen staff and outdoor delivery staff whenever such assistance is required
o Maintain chart of all available deals and products periodically and refresh such chart on daily basis.
o Make menu recommendations and inform patrons of any specials.
o Deliver meals and beverages to tables when they have been prepared.
o Check that customers are satisfied with their meal.
o Provide excellent customer service to guests.
