Overall Responsibilities
Represent the Khatulistiwah (K-Wah) Brand to the customers
Attentive to the needs of the customers. Provide feedback on improvement of our services and duty
To update the person in charge (or any other bosses) the issues that the team faces in operations.
Maintain a healthy, clean and pleasant environment for staff and customers ( toilets are clean and stocked, customer seating and front of house is well managed).
Clean and pleasant appearance of our front line operations is a MUST. Maintain a professional working environment at all times.
Job Requirements
Malaysian citizen or permanent resident.
Candidates without experience are encouraged to apply, training will be provided.
Ability to communicate in both Bahasa Malaysia and English as this candidate will be engaging with customer.
Qualifications to be at least SPM
Pleasant personality, proficiency in Bahasa Malaysia & basic English.
