Customer orientated person with a technical / automotive background
To assist customers in setting appointments
To attend, advise & explain to customers on what should be done to their vehicle to maintain good performance
To work closely with Technicians ensuring smooth daily operation
Arrangement of service & repair works for technicians
Follow-up on spare parts back order
To maintain good relationship with customers ensuring good brand image
Perform online marketing . Computer literacy is essential for this position
Requirement
At least 1 years working experience in Automotive Service Advisor or related to Customer Service.
Basic + High Commission with EPF + SOCSO
Good verbal manners and showing respect and trustworthiness
