Job ResponsibilityYou will not only create content to expand our digital footprint in HK, TW and MY but also to enhance our content's search rank for key terms.
- Produce and publish content in line with SEO standards (articles, blogs, web copy)
- Manage both on-page SEO, technical SEO and off-page SEO for the company.
- Manage and improve organic search engine performance and goal-setting based on clickthrough rates, traffic, and conversions.
- Conduct keyword research, content auditing, content gap analysis, SEO forecasts and link building activities
- Develop content marketing initiatives to drive traffic, engagement and high-quality leads (incl. content development, distribution, and measurement) in HK, TW & MY and potential new markets
- Craft long-form, high-quality blog posts, lead gen materials and other marketing material to help attract new customers
- Management of content calendar and channels incl. social channels and email distribution.
- Collaborate and build a network of external content contributors
Job Requirements- Excellent writer who is comfortable communicating both highly technical ideas and deeply emotional user stories, deliver the complex, disparate ideas in a well structured and easy to consume way
- Experienced in Content Distribution and Promotion (You know what content works best on which channel)
- Strong knowledge of on-page and off-page SEO, link building, newest SEO best practices, search ranking and optimization factors, SEO metrics, data-driven SEO analysis and optimization.
- At least 2-year experience of either SEO, content marketing or inbound marketing -Experience using Google Analytics, Google Search Console and SEO tools
- Excellent English & Chi copywriting skills
- Ability to work independently and effectively as part of a team
Bonus
- Strong plus of high proficiency in Mandarin & SEO experience for the Mandarin language
- Content & SEO experience for HK, TW and MY
- A personal history of blogging and publishing your thoughts online (esp. on the topics of Growth, Marketing, Data, Innovation, Business L&D etc.)
- Familiar with Ahrefs, Basic HTML proficiency and CMS experience, particularly Webflow, some experience with Adobe creative cloud (photoshop and illustrator)
