Job Responsibility

• Engaging in all forms of customer service
• Assisting customers with email, phone & Whatsapp enquiries
• Ensuring CRM workflow is conducted on time
• Handling customer complaints
• Maintaining good relationship with customers
• Solving issues by liaising with other staff & the customer

Job Requirements

• Candidate must posses at least Higher Secondary/A Level/ Professional Certificate/ Diploma/Degree in any field
• At least 1 Year(s) of working experience in the related field
• Required Skill(s): Computer literate (Microsoft Office, Google spreadsheet, WhatsApp etc)
• Good communication skills
• Candidates fluent in Mandarin preferred as role requires candidate to deal with Mandarin speaking clients.
• To have good product knowledge
• Preferably Junior Executive specialized in Customer Service or equivalent.
• Candidate will act as a Customer Service - General for this job position.
• Working hours: Monday to Friday (9.30am--5.30pm)
