Job ResponsibilityPrimary Role:
To act as the key point of contact between MYISP and its clients/resellers, establishing and developing relationships with prospects, and identify sales/business opportunities.
The key roles include preparing proposals and quotations for potential or existing clients, organising sales and marketing activities to grow sales and achieve sales targets set.
Responsibilities:
Work closely with Management to establish MYISP's sales & marketing plans, forcast, and targets.
Organise or participate in sales and marketing or reseller related activities to grow sales.
Set, monitor, and train reseller channels to ensure all quota/KPIs are met or exceeded.
Prepare proposals and quotations for potential or existing clients.
Establish and maintain relationships with prospects and clients by making periodic visits to explore specific needs and new opportunities.
Monitor competitor's products, sales & marketing activities, and recommend improvement plans/activities.
Prepare periodic sales and reseller reports for Management.
Organise and conduct sales or product briefing/presentations to potential and existing clients and reseller channels.
Skills & Attributes:
Accomplished, talented, and goal-oriented sales acumen with demonstrated sales and marketing experience.
Minimum 2 years of experience in sales and marketing. (Knowledge in Internet or related products and services preferable)
A high degree of sales, negotiation, prospecting, and presentations skills.
Able to communicate and write well in English. (Ability to communicate in different languages preferable)
Ability to work collaboratively with Management or any other internal teams to identify sales, business, operational, and customer expectations/requirements.
Have strong sense of urgency and able to work under stress.
Result-oriented and committed in meeting and exceeding sales targets or KPIs set.
