Job Description


Job Responsibility
  • Prior experience as merchandiser will be an added advantage.
  • Handling orders by phone, email, or mail and checking the orders have the correct prices, discounts, and product numbers.
  • Inputting orders, ensuring they are processed according to customer requirements, and ensuring all orders are accurate and delivered on time.
  • Involve in stock count of stock at shops
  • Collaborating with other departments to ensure sales, marketing, queries, and deliveries are handled efficiently.
  • Coordinating the sales team by managing schedules, filing important documents, and communicating relevant information.
  • Helping the sales team to improve their productivity by contacting customers to arrange appointments and ensuring all Sales Representatives have high-quality, up-to-date support material.
  • Developing and maintaining filing systems to maintain sales records, prepare reports, and provide financial information to the finance department.
  • Responding to complaints from customers and give after-sales support when requested.
  • Handle the processing of all orders with accuracy and timeliness.
  • Inform clients of unforeseen delays or problems.
  • Monitor the team's progress, identify shortcomings, and propose improvements.
  • Assist in the preparation and organizing of promotional material or events.
  • Produces reports based on the sales of employees in the sales department.
  • Responds to any inquiries from the consumer.
  • Assists the marketing department in new marketing campaigns.
  • Undertake special assignment, ad-hoc function, and related duties and when necessary.

Job Requirements
  • Must be able to work under pressure (mandatory).
  • Pro-active / 'can-do' attitude with the ability to deliver end results and make things happen.
  • Prior experience as merchandiser will be an added advantage.
  • Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in any field.
  • Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Must be willing to travel outstation.
  • Good communication skills and able to communicate well with outlets.
  • Possess own transport is a must.
  • Good working attitude, independent.
  • Full time and able to work on weekends and public holidays when necessary.
  • A team player with a positive roll-up-your-sleeves and entrepreneurial attitude.
