Job ResponsibilityJob Responsibilities:
-Promote, prospect and inform potential buyers of projects undertaken by the Company, including follow-up enquiries from potential buyers and assist them on documentation on loan applications.
-Close liaise with relevant authorities, sales team, solicitors, purchasers, end-financiers on Sale & Purchase Agreement (SPAs), Loan Documentation and other relevant documents related to the sales.
-Generate and process on the progressive billings and collections according to timeline
-Monitor and ensure timely disbursements from end-financiers or purchasers.
-Prepare handling over of Vacant Possession documents.
-Maintain organized filling record system of purchaser's records including update into system.
-Any other assignments which may be assigned from time to time by the management.
Qualification Requirements:
-Diploma / Degree in Finance / Accounting, Business Studies / Administration / Management, Property Development / Real Estate Management or equivalent.
-Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia (written & spoken).
-Possess pleasant personality, self-motivated, able to work with minimal supervision, and with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
-Required skill(s): Microsoft Office (MS Excel, MS Word and MS PowerPoint), familiar with IFCA / INTSOFT / MHW Road Runner is added advantage.
-Must possess own transport, willing to travel and undertake outstation assignment.
-Minimum 5 year(s) of working experience in the property development industry.
