Job ResponsibilityPrepare and report financial projection and carry out budgetary and expenditure control of Contractors' contract prior to commencement of work
Preparing projects budget, projects cash flow, Management tender Committee reports and final accounts
Preparation of Progress Claim, Site Evaluation, Obtaining Supplier
Assisting and implementing computerization and standardization of contract administration procedure and cost control measures
To prepare LA, claims, payments, VOs, final account & etc
Preparing and Reviewing construction plans and preparing bill of quantities requirements with the Contractor and/or Client
Obtaining quotations, liaise and negotiate with various suppliers & subcontractors
Communicate & coordinate with clients and contractors
To read drawings/plans well and possess good negotiation skills with suppliers / contractors on quotations and procurement
To verify, prepare database, process and manage all matters related to the QS duties
To handle all matters related to QS studies includes contract management, tendering (pre-post contract), estimation of cost and sources, site visit, liase with sub-con, preparing and certifying progress claims and payment.
