Job ResponsibilityJOB FUNCTION:
1. Establish and develop formal quality assurance processes to ensure that quality is built-in from planning before production.
2. Plan, organize and monitor the execution of the work assignment of the Quality Assurance Team using industry-accepted best practices.
3. Collaborate with the developers to improve overall product quality by emphasizing defect prevention, usability and functional enhancement throughout the development process.
4. Maintain process documentations about performance and issues for future development work.
5. Oversee all aspects of quality assurance including establishing metrics, applying industry best practices and developing new tools and processes to ensure quality goals are met.
6. Act as key point of contact for all quality assurance matters, providing quality assurance services and coordinating quality assurance resources internally and externally.
7. Lead and mentor QA team members, as well as manage outside contract testers.
8. Develop and execute test cases, scripts, plans and procedures (manual and automated)
