Job ResponsibilityREQUIREMENTS -
o 10+ years' experience in managing regional projects (must have multi-country & multi-business line experience). Project team size managed 20+ FTE (incl. system implementation vendor); project budget managed ~USD 5M; experience with medium-scale transformation programs/ projects (incl. business change management)
o Experience rolling out project using scrum project management method.
o Has implementation experience on CRM project rollout (preferable)
o Significant knowledge in insurance business across product, sales/ customer support, distribution, operation and finance reporting
o Strong change management skills and experience, with a proven track record of developing, implementing and maintaining business systems.
o Ability to lead a team in different project development phases in both technical and business perspectives
o Degree or Diploma in Management/Business Administration/Finance, Engineering/IT or any related field
o Excellent verbal and written English communication and presentation skills
o Excellent inter-personal and negotiation skills
o Professional, dedicated and team player
Preferred:
o Project Management (PMP) certified.
o Scrum Master Certification
o Experience of Insurance Background
