Job ResponsibilityDuties and Responsibilities:
1. To assist DGM to follow up with consultants for submission to authorities for approval.
2. To ensure that all works carried out on their projects are handled in accordance with the related work instructions and project requirements.
3. To attend Project Meeting and to handle all complaints from customers.
4. To undertake any and all other duties and responsibilities as instructed by the DGM.
5. Assist DGM to prepare and submit Monthly Report for authorities and clients.
6. Assist DGM to propose and check Sijil Formula Unit Share (SIFUS) calculation for Strata Title for submission and approval.
7. Assist DGM to propose allocation for unit shares for parcel, common area, limited common, accessories etc. for Pejabat Tanah dan Galian (PTG) and Commissioning of Building (COB) submission and approval.
8. Monitor and liaise with Contractors and Consultants for Certifications and quality of the works done on site.
9. Assist DGM to attend and follow up with related authorities for discussion and approval.
10. Assist DGM to coordinate on the Strata Title issuance from construction stage up to Certificate Making Good Defects (CMGD) stage.
11. Assist DGM to coordinate for Green Building Index (GBI) certification from design stage up to CMGD stage.
12. Assist DGM to follow up, monitor and compile all documents for Certificate Compliance and Completion (CCC) submission and strata title application.
Accountability:
1. Accountable for the design, engineering, quality, environmental, safety and health performance at his department.
Requirements:
1. Degree in Civil Engineering/Architectural or equivalent.
2. Minimum 5 years working experience in engineering and development.
3. Able to organize and monitor development process independently.
4. Good interpersonal and communication skills.
5. Knowledgeable in legal requirement, development, strata act., engineering, constructions and other requirements.
