Job Responsibilityo Role Purpose and Key Accountabilities
o Create, monitor, and analyse project schedules in accordance with standard of best project practice.
o Track, analyse, and report information appropriately to allow the project teams to manage their projects and evaluate weekly reports.
o Ensure accuracy of project schedules and performed version control.
o Co-ordinate project schedules, tasks, meeting updates, and efficient distribution of reports
o Prepare, implement, and monitor scopes of work using Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) for control and integrity.
o Monitor projects' progress, including identifying critical activities and reviewing forecasts and progress achieved to date.
o Maintain project risk register to ensure that risks are effectively managed to minimize their impact on schedule, scope, and budget of projects.
o Track baselines perform what-if analysis, and develop contingency plans
o Developing conceptual models for Business Capability traceability matrix to explain processes to all levels of users.
o Perform coordination of cross-functional departments to identify project issues, monitor action items, and work with the project manager to ensure resolution.
Essential for this role:-
Must possess at least Degree in Engineering, Construction or equivalent.
At least 6-7 years working experience as Construction Planner, or any related field is required for this position.
Compulsory knowledge & hands on with scheduling software (Primavera P6 or MS Project).
