Job Description
Job Responsibility
Carry out measurement data of the project.
Ensure progress claim, certifications, invoices are issued on time.
Follow-up project progress and dealing with project team for site matters.
able to calculate the cost of construction for projects tendering based on the tender drawings and documents, cost estimation, bills of quantities and matering sourcing.
Job Requirements
Candidate must possess at least Diploma or Advanced or Higher or Graduate Diploma or Bachelor's Degree or post Graduate or Professional Degree in Quantity Surveyor or Building.
Minimum experience is 5 years.
Well verse in Microsoft Office and Autocad
Know in Mandarin will be added advantage.
