Job Responsibilityo Support and administer marine operations, safety and technical department matters of record keeping and accurate filing system.
o Assist company assessment in regard of compliance to ISM, ISO and ISPS Codes including SMS interim and ISSC certifications with Contracting Government.
o Maintaining document controls procedures as per company's Quality Management System (QMS) and its standards.
o Support shipboard operations/technical documentation record, review, compile PMS implementation including parts/equipment defects reports.
o Participate in the audit program as per company Annual HSE Plan, SMS operation's audit and charterer inspections.
o Assist fleet technical information evidence for customer/client pre-job inspections and update of current customers' contractual requirement.
o Record all operation agendas discussion in the Minute of Meeting (MOM) and compile for Management corrective/preventive actions.
o From time to time to perform any other duties as directed by his/her Manager(s).
